By participating in the services provided by The Soularium Healing Blueprint Program, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that Soularium Healing's content and services are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice or treatment. I agree to consult my healthcare provider(s) for medical, mental, or health-related issues.

2. I take full responsibility for my well-being and actions. I understand that Dee Lugo of Soularium Healing cannot be held responsible for my thoughts, beliefs, or actions, nor for any adverse outcomes that may arise from my participation.

3. I understand that intuitive readings are based on my current energy field and that the information provided may change as my circumstances, choices, and decisions evolve. I acknowledge that predictions are not guaranteed and are based on current probabilities.

4. I agree to pay for services rendered promptly unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon.

5. I understand that I may leave the program anytime, but I acknowledge that no refunds will be provided.

6. I recognize that the success of my participation in The Soularium Healing Blueprint’s program is dependent on my active engagement and participation. I understand that my results may vary if I do not fully participate in the program.

7. I understand that Soularium Healing's services involve using intuitive and metaphysical practices, which are vibrational medicines that work on my body's energy field. These practices may release suppressed emotions to heal what becomes available. I agree to approach these practices with an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas and experiences.

8. I understand that I can use up to two rescheduling dates, and the program will not exceed ten weeks if I reschedule. I understand a cancellation notice is required 24 hours before our scheduled session.

9. I understand that this program is customized to my needs, and I will receive a weekly syllabus outlining the offering or modality I will receive. I also understand that I will be given activities and/or assignments to complete independently to assist my journey.

10. I have read and understood the terms outlined in this waiver and agree to abide by them throughout my participation in the Soularium Healing Blueprint program.

By submitting payment, I acknowledge that it serves as my signature, that I have read and understood this waiver, and that I agree to its terms. Please submit a payment of $497 to either of these payment options.
